Lead Criminal Data Analyst will own a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the Criminal and Public Records Product organization. The role will lead the initiatives of the corresponding teams who will build, integrate or enhance any new or existing products in their respective portfolio aligned to the product roadmap using Agile methodology.
Requirements
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Definite and execute ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration
- Create and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and analytics purposes
- Design and implement data models and algorithms to support business objectives and enhance product capabilities
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support various business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in data analysis techniques and best practices
- Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing validation checks and error handling mechanisms
- Automate and orchestrate ETL processes using PowerShell, scripts, or other technologies
