And now, we’re on the hunt for a rockstar Revenue Operations Manager based out of Queenstown OR Auckland to take our commercial team to new heights!
What you’ll be doing
This isn’t just a role—it’s your chance to SHOW UP and GROW with us. You’ll be the vital link between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, turning strategy into action and data into insights. As our first Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll help us scale globally, refine processes, and drive revenue growth. It’s your playground to innovate and create real impact.
How you will nurture success
Sales Enablement & Prospecting
- Build and maintain a killer database of restaurant leads in key markets
- Guide Business Development Managers to WIN big with tools that highlight high-potential opportunities
- Collaborate with sales leaders to optimise territory planning and lead strategies
Marketing Systems Optimisation
- Elevate email strategies with smarter segmentation, personalisation, and tracking
- Build workflows for multichannel outreach (think email, push notifications)
- Launch a marketing “control room” to track trends and pivot like a pro
System Integration & Automation
- Lead the charge in optimising our CRM and sales tools (HubSpot pros, we see you!)
- Automate ambassador and influencer programs—because no one has time for clunky processes
Data Management & Insights
- Craft a unified dashboard that’s the one-stop shop for all things Sales and Marketing performance
- Turn raw data into actionable strategies to boost win rates, lead conversions, and beyond
Strategic Collaboration
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, scalable revenue processes
- Keep everyone rowing in the same direction with OKRs, KPIs, and regular strategy sessions
What we’re looking for
- A natural at data management with B2C and B2B experience
- Experience with HubSpot and MySQL is preferable
- Savvy with business intelligence tools and dashboard creation
- Pro in marketing automation and conversion rate optimisation
- Skilled at connecting dots and uncovering customer insights
