Data Engineer – Hatch Bank

Hatch Bank is a technology-first sponsor bank looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in Azure Synapse, SQL Server & Power BI to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end data solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Azure Synapse, SQL Server, and Power BI
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for solving complex problems with data and technology
