Relationship Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Fiserv is seeking a Relationship Manager, Strategic Partnerships to develop and implement strategic account plans that drive incremental Fiserv revenue through creation of profitable deal constructs and innovative partnerships.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Identify and build a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities
  • Lead the retention of the partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals
  • Cultivate and improve relationships across multi-level and teams at the client
  • Establish and use strong internal relationships and networks across Fiserv
  • Develop and communicate workforce demands needed to run the existing business and meet projected growth targets
  • Manage client communications and expectations around issues
