The Senior Director, Head of Sales and Revenue Operations will lead the global Sales organization, and ensure delivery of revenue and profitability growth. Based in London, they will bring a global perspective and set vision and strategy for all direct and indirect sales channels. Working with peers in Marketing, Product Management, and Faculty, they will be part of the Fitch Learning Executive team and help shape the overall strategy for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive global revenue and margin growth through sales initiatives.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Work closely with Marketing and Product to enhance market strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on GTM plans.
- Ensure sales goals align with overall business strategies.

- Significant experience in global B2B sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of sales operations and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and execution skills.
- Experience working in education or training sectors a plus.
