Assistant Manager – Customer Experience

At Five Below, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager – Customer Experience to lead our store and provide an amazing customer experience. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a fast, friendly checkout experience and achieving customer service score goals. You’ll also partner with our store manager to recruit, train, and develop crew members.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• College experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Creative thinking
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
