Product Operations Manager

Five9 is seeking a Product Operations Manager to administer and coordinate beta programs with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management and experience working with enterprise software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience in Project Management
• Enterprise software experience preferred (SaaS, CX, CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
• JIRA & Salesforce experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
