We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Technology Manager to architect and scale the systems that power our marketing engine. The role sits on the Marketing Operations Team at the intersection of Marketing, Revenue Operations, Systems Engineering, and Analytics.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or related systems roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments
- Deep hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Marketo and Salesforce
- Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, document, and optimize complex integrations and data flows
- Hands-on experience with modern analytics and transformation tools such as Looker, Hex, Fivetran, Census
- Strong understanding of lead management, attribution methodologies, tracking design, and data hygiene best practices
