Fivetran is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer to evolve its Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of a rapidly scaling global business. The role involves architecting and implementing solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring technical excellence within the Salesforce ecosystem. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Oakland, CA, or Denver, CO.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- 5+ years specializing in Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with CPQ advanced features and 2nd Generation Managed Package experience is a plus
- Business acumen and cost management skills
- Strategic vision and execution abilities
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring technical teams
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and quality assurance processes
- Experience establishing and enforcing governance frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
