Fivetran is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to help evolve their Salesforce CRM, enabling rapid data access for their global customer base. The role involves leading complex Salesforce implementations, cross-functional collaboration, team leadership, and ensuring technical excellence. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Oakland, CA or Denver, CO with in-person collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- Strong understanding of business processes and cloud costs
- Experience in managing complex Salesforce solutions
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems (APIs, middleware)
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Salesforce DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
