We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive @ Fixposition focused on Europe with support to North America.

Work with a Swiss technology company on the cutting edge of positioning solutions for autonomous robots/vehicles/drones. Our main markets are Asia, Europe, and the United States. We have an aggressive growth plan. With the increasing traction our product is making in the market the sales executive will be a key enabler to get us there. You will be working with the Chief Business Officer and have close cooperation with the rest of the sales team, marketing, product development, and overall sales strategy. There is a good foundation in place upon which you can build, yet change is the only constant in life and we operate in a fast-changing industry, so it will require a fresh look on a regular basis. With the success and growth of the company, you will have the opportunity to grow too.

About the Role

  • Part of the business development team, supported by the Field Application Engineer and working closely with the marketing specialist, product manager, and other sales colleagues in Asia, Europe, and the US.
  • Selling is to OEMs, designers, and builders of autonomous vehicles that need precise positioning in all areas.
  • Through sales, drive the fast growth of the company in line with the overall strategy.
  • Define and own the sales targets and conversions for your region.
  • Set the best methods to grow and convert the prospect target pool.
  • Enable customer satisfaction.
  • Bring experience from working with ag-tech, landscaping and/or utility robots.

About you

  • We are looking for a hunter who is decisive, can think outside the box, yet also put things in a box to set standards for re-use so we can focus on hunting.
  • Strong customer focus and a proven track record developing leads
  • Own the end-to-end conversion process from identifying leads to prospects to satisfied customers.
  • Cooperation across the company and regions will be key. Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Mistakes are human, yet we learn from them and become better.
  • You have extensive experience in B2B sales in global positioning technology for autonomous devices used in e.g., agriculture, landscaping and/or utility robots.
  • Great presenter and yet also a good listener to understand the challenges a potential customer could solve with Fixposition’s solution.
