Missions (if you accept):
- GTM Strategy: Define and execute the commercial roadmap (inbound/outbound), pricing, and market positioning.
- Sales & Growth: Drive sales (B2B), build the pipeline, and convert key first customers.
- Marketing & Branding: Create a strong identity, generate leads through targeted campaigns (content, social, events).
- Partnerships: Identify and negotiate strategic collaborations to accelerate adoption.
- Recruitment: Build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Confirmed Experience (3+ years) in GTM, B2B SaaS Sales, or Growth Marketing, ideally in AI, cloud, or deep-tech technologies.
- Solid Network in the startup/tech ecosystem (investors, clients, partners).
- Hands-on Spirit: Ability to move from strategy to execution, with an obsession for results.
- Product Vision: Understanding of technical issues to align sales and product.
- Startup Mindset: Resilience, adaptability, and desire to build something great.
