Role Overview
Join Flatpay as a Field Sales Manager in the Middelburg region and help build the Dutch market from the ground up. You will meet with merchants, demo Flatpay’s solution, and close contracts. You will also build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, and cold canvassing.
What You Will Do
Meet with merchants on-site, demo Flatpay’s solution, close contracts, build your own pipeline, tailor and present solutions, deliver and install payment terminals, keep accurate records, champion customer satisfaction, and provide feedback to teams.

Requirements
- Proven ability to find opportunities and close deals in the field
- Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection handling
- Self-starter mindset — resilient, driven, and motivated by results
- Organised and disciplined with strong territory planning and pipeline management
- Valid driving licence
- Experience in B2B field sales with a track record of exceeding targets
- Experience selling to SME owners (industry experience in payments is a plus, but not required)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
