Sr. Staff Data Scientist

Flex is a growth-stage, NYC headquartered FinTech company that is creating the best rent payment experience. As a Sr. Staff Data Scientist, you will play a critical strategic role in shaping Flex’s future by guiding key analytics projects across our Product teams.

Requirements

• PhD, Masters, or Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus
• 8+ years of experience using analytical and statistical methods
• Expert communicator
• Experience across a variety of analytical domains
• Demonstrated success driving business strategy and outcomes
• Advanced experience with SQL, business intelligence tools
• Experience with ETL processes, especially utilizing dbt and Snowflake
• Track record of using quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions
• Strong ownership mindset with a deep natural curiosity
