Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to help our clients grow and realize the Flexport value proposition by deeply understanding the client’s supply chain and partnering to find solutions for their clients. The Account Manager will cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders, meet with clients to monitor account health, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management or a client-facing role
  • Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree not mentioned, but assumed
