Sales Operations Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and continuously enhance comprehensive process documentation to ensure accuracy, standardization, and operational consistency across all relevant functions.
- Conduct monthly audits to validate data integrity and ensure adherence to established processes, driving accountability and the effective execution of operational standards.
- Manage end-to-end manual program uploads, ensuring accurate execution and clear communication with relevant teams.
- Explore and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
- Effectively communicate and enforce said process changes and improvements to both upstream and downstream systems and partners.
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce.
- Experience with compensation tools such as Xactly is a plus.
- Highly proficient in Excel, with experience using analytical and data analysis tools.
- Foundational understanding of sales compensation frameworks.
- Proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Office, MS Visio, PowerBI.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple complex bodies of work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Confident, self-aware team player open to receiving/providing feedback to peers and colleagues.
- Ability to establish strong relationships across functional teams.
- Ability to solve challenges creatively.
- Experience working in an agile work environment.
