Fligoo is an AI company looking for a Business Development Lead to run its commercial operation in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative sales, business acumen, and ability to build trust with executive-level clients. The role involves managing client relationships, closing deals, and building a commercial strategy for the Brazil operation.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in consultative sales of services (not SaaS/product) — ideally in technology, data, analytics, AI, or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with enterprise clients
- Track record of having built or significantly grown a commercial operation, territory, or client portfolio
- Strong business acumen — ability to understand client operations, identify value creation opportunities, and articulate ROI
- Native or fluent Portuguese
- Proficiency in English or Spanish (required). Both languages are a strong plus
- Based in Sao Paulo
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (commercial, technical, delivery) in a sales context
