As a Business Development Manager, you will support our national growth strategy by assisting in the acquisition and management of bus partners, handling licensing, permitting, and timetable administration, and collaborating across departments to develop strong, long-lasting partnerships.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in transportation, tourism, mobility, consulting, or a business/analytical environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Analytics, Transport Engineering, or a comparable field
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear interest in client acquisition, partner development, and value creation
- Genuine enthusiasm for Flix’s business model and the mobility/transportation industry
- Proactiveness and hands‐on mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across cross‐functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid proficiency in Office 365 tools
