Role Overview
Join a People Analytics environment where you’ll take ownership of data foundation, work on complex data transformations, and use AI to accelerate data modeling and analysis.
What You Will Do
Build and own scalable data models, design data architecture, build analytics products, and integrate internal and external data sources.

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a comparable data role
- expert-level SQL
- deep hands-on experience with dbt
- strong knowledge of data modeling and ELT principles
- hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse
- strong Python skills
- experience with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD principles
- ability to communicate complex data and findings clearly
- high degree of ownership and ability to work independently
