Flo, the world’s #1 health & fitness app, is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to plan and execute web user acquisition campaigns, driving incremental growth and optimizing performance. The role involves collaboration with product, analytics, and creative teams, and requires expertise in social channels, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience in user acquisition
- Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat)
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Proficiency using tools like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar BI platforms to analyze and present performance data
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio) to boost campaign efficiency and ideation
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English
