Flock Safety is seeking a VP of Growth to lead their full-funnel growth engine – lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, web/blog, experimentation, and the ATL media function. The role focuses on maximizing attributed pipeline and revenue, leveraging automation, machine learning, and rigorous experimentation to drive data-informed decisions. It requires building and scaling performance marketing and web/blog, testing effectiveness, and defining growth strategy across the entire funnel.
Requirements
- 15+ years building growth engines at high-growth tech or platform companies
- Deep expertise in lifecycle automation, SEM/paid social/programmatic, SEO/CRO, and web performance
- Advanced experimentation and measurement chops
- Systems operator with quick-thinking from hypothesis to test to decision-making
- Strong financial rigor and P&L literacy
