Reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, this role supports Regional Sales Managers in customer opportunities, routine customer support, and logistics, generating proposals and recording contracts via CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related discipline
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Self-motivated work style with ability to manage multiple assignments
- Good analytical and written/verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented individual
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot or NetSuite preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience in a support role with at least 2 years of office experience
