Job Summary
Our Sales Operations team drives the systems and structure that keep the business moving — connecting Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure flawless execution from order creation to customer delivery. The Sales Ops Manager supports all day-to-day sales operations functions across multiple markets. You’ll serve as the operational backbone between Sales and Distribution — managing workflows, order accuracy, promotions, reporting, and team development. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience working with cannabis sales and distro teams and thrives in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supply chain and distro partners to confirm product availability, order cutoffs, and delivery schedules.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline order accuracy, reporting, and communication with Distro partners.
- Lead weekly communication syncs with Sales and Distro teams to align on delivery schedules, promotions, and priorities.
- Partner with the National Director to design and implement scalable data solutions across states.
- Build and maintain weekly reports tracking order accuracy, inventory age, and fulfillment metrics.
- Support the rollout of new product launches across multiple states, ensuring the Sales team has all necessary tools, pricing, and assets.
- Help prepare sales teams for large state promotions and seasonal programs (4/20, 7/10, Green Wednesday, etc.)
- Assist with state expansions, onboarding new partners, and establishing operational infrastructure.
- Coordinate trade show participation with the marketing team, ensuring logistics, materials, and post-show reporting are completed.
- Train and mentor Sales Operations Coordinators and Specialists across regions.
- Ensure Sales adherence and alignment with national SOPs checklists and workflows – helping hold accountability within the department.
- Oversee the ordering and logistics of displays, signage, and other merchandising assets in coordination with Marketing and Field teams.
Technical Skills & Abilities
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Distribution Operations, or Logistics in the Cannabis Industry.
- Strong understanding of cannabis order flow, compliance documentation, and fulfillment processes.
- Proficiency in data systems and platforms required (Airtable, Salesforce, Excel, Leaflink)
- Understanding of database and data integrity principles
- Deep Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 20 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift.
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
