As the Product Operations Expert, Monetization, you will be responsible for building seamless monetization pathways that achieve a win-win for both Flowith and its users. This role requires a deep understanding of PLG and global SaaS subscription models, as well as excellent analytical skills to track, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels, LTV, CAC, and Churn Rate.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product operations, monetization, pricing strategy, or user growth within the SaaS, Tech, or AI sectors
- Deep understanding of PLG and global SaaS subscription models, coupled with a strong grasp of pricing psychology
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels, LTV, CAC, and Churn Rate
- Proven track record of collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to push monetization features from concept to launch
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
