Brand & Growth Designer

At Fluxon, we’re looking for a Brand & Growth Designer to help shape and evolve our visual presence across various touchpoints. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, and is comfortable working with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. They will collaborate with the Branding team, Growth team, and Senior Brand Designer to support day-to-day design needs and larger brand initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands on experience in brand, visual, or marketing design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
• Proven experience working on real world design projects across multiple formats
• Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition
• Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) in a professional environment
• Ability to apply and scale existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently
• Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery, while collaborating and iterating with feedback
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
