Flying Bisons is a leading Digital Consulting & Delivery company seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to manage their sales pipeline effectively. This role is focused on systematic pipeline management, tracking, and revenue operations, ensuring smooth project transitions from sales to delivery. It’s a highly structured and detail-oriented position, requiring a proactive approach and strong data management skills.

Requirements

  • Polish and English fluency (spoken and written)
  • 1-3 years experience in sales operations, BizDev support, or revenue operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Obsessively organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data, tracking, and creating reports
  • Proactive self-starter who doesn’t need to be told what to follow up on
  • Comfortable working across time zones
