The Opportunity: As a Content Account Manager at Flywheel, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality e-commerce content solutions. You will support client partnerships, help implement digital content strategies, and ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively.
Requirements
- Serve as a key point of contact for client accounts, developing positive business relationships and supporting the execution of content strategies that meet client goals.
- Collaborate with strategists, other account managers, and client teams to coordinate the development and delivery of e-commerce content solutions, from planning through completion.
- Work alongside content specialists, editors, and freelancers to ensure high-quality work and meet project milestones.
- Manage multiple projects, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables align with client objectives. Help identify and resolve project challenges as they arise.
- Contribute ideas to optimize internal processes and support ongoing improvements in content quality and project efficiency.
- Help manage a network of freelance content creators, ensuring projects are matched to the right talent and maintaining Flywheel’s standards through clear feedback and communication.
- Provide regular updates, performance data, and project reports to clients, maintaining transparency and building trust.
- Stay informed about trends in e-commerce, SEO, and digital content, and share relevant insights with your team.
