Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their content licensing needs, budget, and project timelines to determine sales potential.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives/Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and align on sales strategies.
