Sales Development Representative

Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the creative industry, capable of addressing client needs and promoting our suite of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:  Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their content licensing needs, budget, and project timelines to determine sales potential.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives/Account Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and align on sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably within the creative or media industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address issues proactively.
