As the Sales Operations Administrator, you will provide critical support to the sales team by maintaining efficient processes, managing data and documentation, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. This role is focused on the operational and administrative aspects of the sales process, enabling the sales team to perform at their best.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative and Operational Support
- Assist the Sales Operations Director by preparing and distributing sales performance reports, dashboards, and other materials as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative and operational inquiries related to sales.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the sales department.
Data Management and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Support the creation of regular sales reports, including KPIs, pipeline updates, and revenue tracking.
- Document internal sales processes, workflows, and best practices for team alignment.
Workflow and Process Coordination
- Monitor sales pipelines and workflows to ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.
- Ensure adherence to established sales processes and create accountability within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment.
- Support the coordination of projects and initiatives involving Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Sales Operations with administrative tasks, reporting, and data gathering as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales tools, processes, and overall efficiency.
- Be adaptable to changing job duties as the company grows and evolves.
Experience and Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, and familiarity with pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Excel, and other standard business software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
