What You Will Do
The BDM will identify, engage and activate high-potential partners, educate the market on the value of title insurance, and convert relationships into sustainable referral and revenue growth.

Requirements
- 2-5 years’ business development, partnership/referral sales or account growth experience, ideally within property, legal, conveyancing, mortgage, insurance, financial services or professional services.
- Proactive hunter mindset with demonstrated ability to prospect, build trust and convert new referral relationships autonomously.
- Understanding of the residential property ecosystem, or ability to quickly build credibility in this market.
- Strong communication, presentation and consultative selling capability.
- Disciplined approach to CRM, pipeline management, territory planning and sales reporting.
- Commercial judgement, resilience, organisation and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
