Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team through accurate reporting, data management, and validation of sales activity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in supporting the operational side of a sales organization.
You will help ensure sales data is accurate, systems are up to date, and reporting aligns with business activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain sales data in Salesforce and other systems
- Review and validate sales reports submitted by the sales team
- Reconcile reported sales activity with internal systems and data
- Assist with sales reporting and tracking
- Support verification of product shipments and sales activity
- Communicate with team members to clarify or correct information
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general support to the Sales Operations team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets and online systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow established processes
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience with data entry or reporting
- Interest in sales operations or business processes
