Dan Swimm, Vice President of Revenue Operations at Formstack, is looking to hire someone who will complement and strengthen the team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key leader within the RevOps team, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic decision making and providing commercial, operational, and business insights. You will lead the annual planning process, including the determination of KPIs and tracking our success based on those KPIs. Additionally, you’ll oversee the delivery of ad hoc analyses to help us run the business.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing and Sales to drive insights that allow the business to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leading strategic initiatives to continue building and scaling the GTM function.
  • Responsible for the rhythm of the business for the GTM organization.
  • Ownership of the GTM contribution to the BoD Materials.
  • Provide input and guidance to Leadership to accelerate commercial performance.
  • Manage a team of high performing analysts.
  • Track and analyze results to show success through KPIs and other achievements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within Operations, Sales Enablement, Finance, and Sales to ensure streamlined processes are implemented.
  • Continually innovate ways to optimize processes.
  • Build strong relationships across a global, cross-functional team to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of competitor and market trends translating into whitespace analysis and management.
  • Continuously manage territory coverage and optimize books of business.
  • Own capacity planning and annual comp plan design / administration.
  • Lead a 2 person team (room for growth) to run the GTM side of business planning, budgeting and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of sales/marketing and/or revenue operations experience in a role managing analytics and insights.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to influence business partners and provide recommendations in order to drive decisions.
  • Strong quantitative background with experience building/managing complex operating models.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth enterprise software company.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, balanced with the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience establishing an operating cadence and consistent reporting to support the needs of the business.
  • Vast knowledge of all major GTM systems/tools like Salesforce (or other similar CRMs) and Tableau.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven with demonstrated analytical skills.

Salary Range

$125,000 – $165,000 per year (USD) + bonus up to 15% of base salary
