Inside Sales Account Manager – Fluke Calibration

Fluke Calibration is looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to facilitate sales process, generate new sales opportunities, and upsell company products via phone, email, or other electronic communication. The ideal candidate will be highly driven to serve customers and have technical skills for learning electrical, pressure, temperature, or flow calibration solutions, software calibration solutions, as well as SaaS product offerings.

Requirements

  • Facilitate the sales process through project management, tracking open sales orders, issue resolution, and overall customer service and support
  • Prospect, source, and prioritize new sales opportunities by phone and email to achieve sales goals
  • Build and adapt individual communication approach by customer relationships to understand their needs and remain responsive to changing customer goals and challenges
  • Represent Fluke Calibration as a calibration generalist to customers, representatives, sales support, and the business unit in all sales-oriented activities
  • Demonstrate perseverance and diligence to overcome customer concerns and close sales opportunities
