As an Account Executive, Direct Sales, you will be responsible for selling small business funding approvals to warm leads provided by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building customer relationships, combined with a deep understanding of small business owners, their challenges, the industry, and the competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Direct Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, with a focus on prospecting and closing sales.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of small business operations, challenges, and financial needs.
- Familiarity with the small business financing industry and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Able to juggle multiple conversations, stay organized, and follow process.
