We are seeking an internal candidate with hands-on immigration knowledge who also brings strong technical and analytical skills, particularly in Excel-based automation and reporting. This role sits at the intersection of immigration operations, data management, and process optimization.
Requirements
- Immigration experience in a corporate (e.g., HR mobility) or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: Complex formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset handling
- Hands-on experience with Power Query.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a data quality mindset.
- Experience with Business Objects/ Boxi reporting.
- Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards
- Demonstrated ability to automate workflows using VBA and/or Office Scripts
- Experience documenting processes and data definitions
- Background in business analysis, operations analytics, or reporting enablement.
