As a Sales & Retention Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, maximising retention, and ensuring our live member movement continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Advocating and delivering the FUNDAMENTALS sales process
  • Driving new member sales while maximising retention of existing members
  • Owning the activity planner for the club
  • Implementing creative lead-generation strategies
  • Monitoring dashboards and KPIs
  • Driving all revenue lines from memberships, product, and secondary spend
  • Preparing and delivering monthly sales presentations
  • Building strong local business partnerships
  • Leading by example on reception and the gym floor
  • Engaging in national initiatives
  • Providing honest, constructive feedback to team members
  • Supporting the General Manager with operational tasks
