As a Sales & Retention Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving membership growth, maximising retention, and ensuring our live member movement continues to grow.
Requirements
- Advocating and delivering the FUNDAMENTALS sales process
- Driving new member sales while maximising retention of existing members
- Owning the activity planner for the club
- Implementing creative lead-generation strategies
- Monitoring dashboards and KPIs
- Driving all revenue lines from memberships, product, and secondary spend
- Preparing and delivering monthly sales presentations
- Building strong local business partnerships
- Leading by example on reception and the gym floor
- Engaging in national initiatives
- Providing honest, constructive feedback to team members
- Supporting the General Manager with operational tasks
