Sr Manager Business Development

The Business Development Director will drive growth within the South East Asia region, managing a diverse portfolio of traditional M&A and Commercial Joint Ventures.

Requirements

• Academic Excellence: A university degree in Business Management, Economics, or Law is required.
• Regional Market Expertise: Mandatory experience managing business development or M&A projects within the Philippines and India.
• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of experience in high-level Project Management or Business Development.
• Direct experience in Care Delivery (hospitals, clinics, or dialysis) is required.
• Specialized Knowledge: A background in subcontracting models or complex commercial partnerships is a distinct advantage.
• Financial Acumen: Proficient in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and the evaluation of operational unit economics.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent English is essential.
• Strategic Execution: A self-motivated, assertive leader ready to take full accountability for the deal lifecycle.
• Operational Agility: An executive who is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and the operational details required to launch a project.
