Freshworks is seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to lead the go-to-market initiatives, support New Business, and expand sales. This role focuses on optimizing revenue-generating activities and driving growth through data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will align marketing and sales strategies with GTM initiatives and drive the prioritization process between teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high-growth environment.
- Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
