SMB Account Manager

Join JFrog’s Sales Onboarding program and become an SMB Account Manager, responsible for developing long-term customer relationships and driving product adoption. As an A team member, you’ll contribute to JFrog’s continued growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones.

Requirements

  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Manage new logos as well as expansion opportunities and renewals process for portfolio of customers
  • Analyze usage metrics to understand customers’ usage of JFrog’s product (evaluate product adoption)
  • Contact customers throughout the life cycle to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Maintain long-term account health and relationships
  • Drive product adoption, share best practices and implement growth and optimization strategies for maximum value and success
