Fuel50 is preparing for an exciting 2025, launching two innovative products—and we need a dynamic Head of Product Marketing to lead our go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape our strategic narrative, positioning, and execution, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audiences and drive adoption.

This is a business-critical role where you will influence product direction, define category leadership, and drive measurable commercial outcomes. We’re seeking a strategic storyteller, GTM architect, and data-driven decision-maker with experience in high-growth SaaS environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and scale best practices, frameworks, and processes for the Product Marketing function.
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate Fuel50 in the market.
  • Define and drive GTM strategies to boost product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to influence the product roadmap based on market insights.
  • Enable Sales and Client Success teams with training, collateral, and tools to drive effective product communication.
  • Own and oversee the execution of all go-to-market launches.
  • Work closely with our Content Marketer to develop case studies and client success stories.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of product marketing initiatives to align with business outcomes.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a senior product marketing role within a SaaS or HR technology company.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies, positioning, and messaging.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and scaling Product Marketing functions.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
