GTM Engineer (RevOps / SalesOps)

Fuelius is looking for a GTM Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing, building, and running outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads at scale. The successful candidate will work with data, automation, and intelligent tooling to drive pipeline generation. The company is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner and works with mid-market and corporate clients. The role is based in Chester, England, and is a full-time position with a competitive base salary and commission on pipeline generated.

Requirements

• Design, build, and run outbound campaigns in Clay that generate qualified leads at scale
• Source and enrich prospect data using waterfall enrichment, AI agents, web scraping, and custom signals
• Identify unique data points that give Fuelius a precision edge
• Generate a measurable volume of Sales Qualified Leads and sourced pipeline
• Own the outbound technology stack: Clay, HubSpot, and many other supporting tools
