The successful candidate will possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in reporting system solutions, data analytics project delivery, and business analysis. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and implement data-driven solutions, ensuring effective project management, and facilitating user acceptance and system integration.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting system solutions, data analytics, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in Agile business analysis and functional analysis services.
- Extensive experience in documenting business requirements and creating functional designs using user stories, wireframes, and mock-ups.
- Strong negotiation skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and collaborate directly with solution stakeholders.
- Proficiency in designing business process maps.
- Advanced data analysis skills, including expertise in Excel and SQL.
- Experience in developing system integration specifications.
- Ability to showcase solutions and assist with User Acceptance Testing.
- Experience in collecting and formalizing support and maintenance plans.
