Role Overview
As an Account Executive at RB Retail, you will drive the organization’s growth by specializing in new logo software and services sales. You will leverage your experience to influence sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and close complex deals with mid-market and strategic accounts.

Identify and prospect potential clients, conduct needs analysis, tailor software solution presentations, build and maintain relationships, negotiate contract terms, and maintain sales records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- Willingness to travel as needed
