Mitra SK (MSK) is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in the Netherlands market. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving business targets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the business from day one.

Requirements

• Dutch national with the right to work in the Netherlands
• B.Sc. or Engineering degree
• 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within testing, inspection, mining, or a related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of industrial sectors: power, cement, mining, and steel
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with regular client-site visits and travel across the Netherlands
• Self-starter with the ability to build a business in a new market
