Customer Growth Executive

We’re looking for a Customer Growth Executive to help spearhead Fuse’s next phase of expansion growth, particularly around AI-powered learning and performance. The role involves introducing customers to Lyra, Fuse’s AI-powered coaching and performance framework, and helping them unlock additional value across the wider Fuse ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales with consistent quota achievement.
  • Experience managing expansion, upsell, or customer growth motions within enterprise accounts.
  • Strong pipeline management and ability to proactively identify and create opportunities.
  • Ability to sell based on business value and outcomes, rather than leading with product features.
  • Genuine interest in AI, workplace learning, and workforce transformation.
  • Ability to work effectively across multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including L&D, HR, operational, and IT stakeholders.
