Customer Growth Executive

We’re looking for a commercially driven, curious, and highly motivated Customer Growth Executive to help spearhead Fuse’s next phase of expansion growth, particularly around AI-powered learning and performance. This role is ideal for someone excited by AI and workplace transformation, who enjoys turning customer insight into commercial opportunity and wants to help shape the future of customer growth at Fuse.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or technology sales with consistent quota achievement.
• Experience managing expansion, upsell, or customer growth motions within enterprise accounts.
• Strong pipeline management and ability to proactively identify and create opportunities.
• Comfortable managing expansion and selecting new business commercial motions in parallel.
• Ability to sell based on business value and outcomes, rather than leading with product features.
• Genuine interest in AI, workplace learning, and workforce transformation.
• Curiosity about how organisations develop capability, performance, and skills at scale.
• Ability to work effectively across multi-stakeholder enterprise environments, including L&D, HR, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Able to build credible, reliable working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong at asking questions, listening carefully, and understanding customer problems in depth.
• Comfortable working across teams and adapting how you communicate depending on your audience — whether that’s executives, practitioners, or technical stakeholders.
