About The Role
The Chief Revenue Officer at Fusemachines will lead the company’s end-to-end revenue growth across AI services, talent solutions, and emerging AI products as we scale globally as a newly public company. This executive will architect a unified GTM strategy, oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps, and drive predictable, data-backed performance across all revenue streams. The CRO will play a critical role in expanding enterprise relationships, launching and commercializing new AI offerings, strengthening global partnerships, and ensuring public-market rigor in forecasting and reporting. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping Fusemachines’ next phase of strategic growth and positioning the company as a leading partner for enterprise AI transformation.
Strategic Leadership & GTM Execution
- Develop and execute a unified global revenue strategy across Fusemachines’ AI services and emerging AI product lines.
- Strengthen Fusemachines’ enterprise GTM motion
- Align Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, and Partnerships around a cohesive operating cadence, messaging, and pipeline strategy.
Enterprise Revenue Growth
- Oversee top-of-funnel performance, lead generation, and pipeline health with a metrics-driven approach.
- Scale enterprise accounts by positioning Fusemachines as a long-term AI innovation partner.
- Expand multi-line revenue across AI engineering, staff augmentation, AI consulting, applied AI solutions, and SaaS products.
Product & Services Integration
- Partner closely with Product leadership to launch, commercialize, and scale new AI offerings.
Global Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Build and manage high-impact partnerships with cloud platforms, AI model providers, and enterprise ecosystem players.
- Strengthen Fusemachines’ presence across the US, LATAM, Nepal, and emerging markets to support global delivery and expansion.
Revenue Operations & Public-Market Rigor
- Own forecasting accuracy, ARR/GMV reporting, and revenue compliance for a public-company environment.
- Drive operational excellence across pricing, packaging, segmentation, and sales processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and board-ready reporting that support transparency and predictable performance.
Customer Success & Expansion
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, and renewal strategies across all offerings.
- Build a unified customer lifecycle strategy fueling retention, expansion, and cross-sell of services and products.
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global revenue organization, including teams in the US, LATAM, and Nepal.
- Champion Fusemachines’ mission to democratize AI talent and accelerate AI adoption for enterprises worldwide.
Qualifications
- 12+ years leading revenue in high-growth SaaS, consulting, AI, or technology companies.
- Experience in a public-company reporting structure or in leading transitions to public-market rigor.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-line revenue models (services + products + platform offerings)
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, enterprise AI adoption, cloud/ML ecosystems, and partnership-led growth.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire global teams across multiple regions and cultures.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical decision-making, and executive communication skills.
Success Metrics
- Scalable, predictable ARR and services revenue growth across all Fusemachines offerings.
- Strong enterprise retention, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-line expansion.
- High-performing GTM team with improved productivity and operating efficiency.
- Robust ecosystem partnerships and measurable partner-sourced revenue.
- Accurate forecasting and consistent performance against public-market expectations.
