Field Marketing Manager

Future is building the most rewarding way to pay in the sustainable economy, inspiring the shift to low-carbon products and services with outsized financial incentives. We pay consumers to reduce their carbon footprint. We launched the FutureCard Visa Card, initially with 5% cashback for climate-friendly purchases and a proprietary FutureScore to track individual impact on the climate and get personalized recommendations to earn more cash and emit less carbon.

We are a VC-backed startup and are looking for team members who are as excited as we are to make a difference. We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help grow our Future Ambassadors and community-based outreach.

Ideally, you have the following experience:

• 2+ years of experience working in a marketing role
• Thrive in an environment with rapid ideation, execution, and testing.
• Driven to understand and improve metrics to grow the Future Movement
• Strong written and oral communication skills with experience cold-calling and messaging
• Evidence of ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking and ability to leverage non-traditional, unpaid channels.

Here’s what you’d initially focus on:

• Onboard and manage a team of college and brand Ambassadors across the U.S.
• Grow the number of small shops (e.g., thrift stores, bike shops) that are part of the sustainable businesses Future works with
• Strategize localized brand marketing campaigns
• Identify and activate community leaders
• Support Ambassador success through data-driven metrics
• Scale Ambassador programs nationwide
• Manage online and in real-life localized events
• Work with the Community Manager to ensure our communications is optimized and relevant for each region.
