FW Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

Billing

  • Oversee and be responsible for generating weekly invoices, including both system-generated and manual billing.
  • Prepare month-end manual invoicing including storage, square footage, and shortfall billing.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all billing procedures for multiple locations.

Revenue Reporting

  • Develop and maintain revenue reports by customer and facility on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work with Sales to create and update annual revenue forecasts and with monthly actuals.
  • Audit inventory and item card setup for accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide reports to management on revenue, historical billing, and square footage.

Customer Contract Management

  • Maintain a database of customer contracts with key provisions identified to ensurealignment with the scope of work.
  • Process amendments for renewals and/or changes in the scope of work.
  • Track renewal/expiration dates and notify customers of upcoming changes.
  • Analyze contract profitability and recommend pricing adjustments (e.g., CPI increases).
  • Update billing rates in WMS accordingly.

Training & Support with CSAS

  • Train CSAS and operational staff on WMS usage and billing operations.
  • Onboard new hires on WMS processes and documentation.
  • Act as a knowledge resource for WMS-related questions and training needs.

New Customer WMS Setup

  • Meet with customers during onboarding to define WMS configuration requirements.
  • Validate WMS setup to support accurate inventory and billing workflows.
  • Troubleshoot WMS issues and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT and Operations teams to optimize system processes.

Accounting Support

  • Provide requested reports to management on revenue, historical billing, and square footage.
  • Maintain accurate and updated revenue forecasts.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc accounting data requests.

Qualifications:

  • Applied experience managing a 3PL Warehouse Management System.
  • Proficiency with High Jump and/or Navision is preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills required (forecasting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Warehouse management system: 3 years (Required)
