Drive digital sales and under Digital Commerce via paid digital channels, formulating and executing digital acquisition strategies to optimize KPIs and improve conversion, and building sales reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards.
Requirements
- University graduate major in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- 2-3 years of working experience in driving digital sales & marketing or e-commerce with proven track record
- Analytical ability to extract insights and actions from data and translate into meaningful results
- Effectively presenting strategic and campaign performance to partners, staff and management
- Hands on experience on Google Analytics & GMP (including Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Hands on paid media planning and optimization (Search, Programmatic, Social, Video, etc)
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
- Great in communications and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and cope with stress
- Strong accuracy, detail-oriented and very well-organized
- Self-motivated, highly flexible, organized, and a committed team player
